What we ask for

Five items. Most providers already have them.

Not written down yet? Most providers do the work but have never documented it. We can fill in the application with you on a 20-minute call.

    ProcedureYour written authoring, peer review and expiry procedure. One or two pages is normal.

    PeopleWho your authors and reviewers are, with qualifications or current roles.
  3. 3
    Three samplesThree activities with their review records: reviewer, date, changes requested, sign-off.

    A certificateOne sample certificate as issued to a learner.
  5. 5
    Activity listTitle, brand, type, hours, review date and expiry date for each activity. A spreadsheet is fine.

From application to a live record

  1. 01.ApplySend the five items, or book the call and we fill it in with you.
  2. 02.Process reviewA reviewer qualified in your field reads your procedure against the eight standards.
  3. 03.Sample checkThe reviewer opens your three samples and traces each one through the Standard.
  4. 04.DecisionMet or Not met on each standard, with what is missing if anything. You can resubmit.
  5. 05.PublishedYour record goes live with the reviewer's name and the dates. You receive the mark.

Any organisation in Australia or New Zealand that publishes CPD for working professionals, including RTOs, associations, in-house academies and solo trainers.

Related parties

A provider connected to our board or staff is labelled on its record, reviewed by an outside reviewer, and not counted towards the 100 founding places.
